AGE RESTRICTION

Please understand that by using this website, you are in turn agreeing to the age restriction of 18 years or older. We are not allowed to sell any products to person(s) under the age of 18 and it is your responsibility to abide by the rule stipulated.


RETURNS

You have certain rights to cancel and return your Electrostix order within 7 working days of placing it.

If you would like to cancel and return your order, please follow the steps below:

Email us at info@electrostix.co.za, with a valid reason.

Our team will then get in touch shortly after to explain how we can replace your product or provide you with a refund.


DELIVERY GENERAL

1. We accept no responsibility for any delay in delivery. However, if you have not received your Product within 7 working days of the delivery date given to you in our acceptance email, please notify us and we will resend your order to you at no additional cost. We may, at our reasonable discretion, require proof of non-delivery, such proof to be obtained at your cost.

2. The Products will be your responsibility once they have been delivered to the address indicated in your order.

3. You will own the Products once we have received payment from you in full.


DAMAGED DELIVERIES

If your order arrives damaged or defective in any way then please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a return. We reserve the right to inspect the product and determine whether or not we consider the item to be defective. If we find that it is, you will receive a full refund or replacement.


DELIVERY DURATION

Depending on your location(outlying areas will usually take 48hours) and day of placing order you should receive your order within 24-48 hours. We make use of overnight delivery which means your order should be received by 11:00am the following day. If order is placed on a Friday, it will be dispatched but will not be received on the weekend(In this case delivery should be received by Tuesday the following week).


DELIVERY METHOD

Please note that we only make use of third party Courier’s. In no case will we send your order via post. We found a courier to be the fastest and safest method for delivery.


PRODUCTS

The Products are as described on this Website from time to time. Please note that slight variations may occur between the delivered Product and the image of the Product given on the Website. You should ensure that you have checked the Product description on the Website before placing your order.


HOW TO ORDER

1. We only accept orders from people aged 18 years or over.

2. You may place an order either by opening an account on the Website or by placing an order as a guest(no account is needed to be created).

3. You may place an order for a Product via our on-line order process on the Website. The Website contains instructions on how to complete the order process and check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. At the end of the order process you will be asked to provide payment through the on-line payment facility. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a Product.

4. After you place your order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging receipt of your order.

5. By placing an order, you authorise us to immediately charge your payment card for the purchase price and we are entitled to rely on your placing of an order as an instruction to us to take your payment.

6. We reserve the right to reject any order for any reasons at any time prior to our confirmation of the acceptance of your order. If we accept your order, we will confirm our acceptance by sending you an email to the email address you have provided to us. Once we send you this confirmation email, a legally binding contract will form between you and us.

7. All Products shown on the Website are subject to availability. We will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible if the Product you have ordered is not available and will not process your order.

8. By submitting an order, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into a contract when you place your order.

9. If you breach these Terms prior to our dispatch of the Product, including following our acceptance of your order, we will not deliver the Product to you. We reserve the right to charge you for the Product, but may, at our sole discretion, refund all or a portion of the payment made by you for the Product in question.


PRICING

1. All prices stated are in South African Rand. Delivery charges will be indicated to you at the time of ordering and will be added to the purchase price before you confirm your order.

2. The price of a Product is as published on the Website at the date we accept your order. Prices are subject to change without notice at any time, but changes will not affect any order that we have previously accepted.

3. It is possible that, despite our reasonable efforts, a Product on our Website may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of a Product that you have ordered we will inform you of this error and give you the option to continue with your order at the correct price or to cancel your order. If you do not respond to us within 2 days, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you in writing.


PAYMENT

1. You may pay for the Product with a debit or credit card, or EFT, using the on-line payment facility. The payment facility is operated by a third party provider. Your use of the payment facility will be subject to the terms and conditions of the third party provider. You should ensure that you have read and agree with those terms and conditions before using the payment facility.

2. In the event of a failed payment for whatever reason, you agree to compensate us in full against all reasonable costs, expenses and outgoings we incur in attempting to obtain payment made by you.

3. Please note that we do not issue VAT receipts for Products ordered from the Website.


COMPLAINTS & RETURNS

1. Please contact us via email or the address provided in these Terms if you have any complaints about the Product. We aim to resolve any complaints as far as possible within 7 days.

2. In the event that the Product delivered to you is damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible at info@electrostix.co.za. We will provide you with an address to return the Product with its original packaging back to us.

3. Upon our receipt of the returned Product, we reserve the right to inspect the Product to determine whether, in our sole opinion, it is defective or not.

4. If we agree that the Product is defective, we will offer you a full refund of the price of the Product (including any additional delivery charges paid). Alternatively, you may, where possible, choose to have the Product replaced and resent to your nominated delivery address free of charge. In this situation we will provide a full refund or a replacement Product to you.

5. Once we confirm that you are entitled to a refund, we will aim to process your refund as soon as possible and, at the latest within 7 days of confirming that you are entitled to a refund. You will receive your refund to the credit or debit card or bank account that you used to pay.
